Little Globes Of Goodness...

We been making some Pickled Onions. Well actually, we've been making loads of them.
So far we peeled and pickled four sacks. Just got one more sack to do, unless Mick gets any more. LOL

Mags, they are really strong, Nearly blew my head off yesterday, when we opened a jar that we made a few weeks ago..


Brian some are for us, some are for friends and family. Mind you my lot can eat a jar at one sitting..

jeez... you eat a lot of onions!! a jar would last our house a whole year! my hubbs likes them but I cant stand anything vinegary. Were you wearing goggles peeling that lot? LOL

No Wendie, no Googles, it makes me cry for about 5 minutes then I'm OK. I just don't put my hands anywhere near my eyes. I do however wear my Marigolds, otherwise your hands stink for days. LOL
